Category : WEB GIS Education Documents
In the GISLayer software, raster data can be visualized. Raster data can be uploaded into the system in two different ways, from URL and local files.
The raster data uploading panel is accessed by clicking on the "Add Image" option under the "Add Raster" button on the "data" panel.
Step 1: Add Local File
In the panel opened after clicking the option to add a picture, the 'Upload from Computer' option should be selected. With the help of the add file button, you can upload a file saved on the computer to the system. File extensions that you can upload are shown below.

If there are at least 3 bands in the image to be uploaded, you must show the RGB bands.
After the settings are completed, it is added to the map with the Add button.
Step 2: Add Files via URL
The same file types added over the local file can also be added via the URL. "Promote URL Address" option is selected to add images via URL.
