Catalog files are files where multiple-layer information is stored. Any type of layer can be easily added to the map using catalog files.

Catalog files can be created in BlueGIS using layers previously added to the map. To access the catalog creation panel, click on the "Create Catalog" option located in the "Map Catalogs" on the left menu.

It is mandatory to enter the catalog name in the catalog creation panel. Under the catalog name, layers previously added to the map are listed.

Select the layers to be added to the catalog file from this list and click the 'Create Catalog' button.

The catalog file is downloaded to your device and the catalog file is ready for use.
