By using the service on the site and continuing to use it, you are deemed to have the right, authority and legal capacity to sign a contract in accordance with the laws you are bound to, and that you are over the age of 18, you have read and understood this contract and you are bound by the terms written in the contract.

All members saved in our system are kept confidential in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Law" and the data belonging to these persons are not shared with third parties within the scope of this law, and data management is presented to the user. The data that is not uploaded to the system is not saved in any way and is kept in the user's own web browser. In case users share their data with other users, GISLayer does not bear any responsibility and it has been designed in such a way that no other users can access this data. In addition, users who share data perform their operations under their own authorization limitations, and in case of an unauthorized transaction, the system does not allow this and care has been taken to ensure the consistent progress of the works.

This contract gives the parties rights and obligations related to the site subject to the contract. When the parties accept this contract, they declare that they will fulfill the aforementioned rights and obligations in a complete, correct, timely manner, within the conditions requested in this contract.

This contract imposes rights and obligations on the contracted site to the parties. When the parties accept this contract, they declare that they will fulfill the aforementioned rights and obligations in a complete, correct, timely manner, within the conditions demanded in this contract.

Pricing, Payment and Usage Information

All users who are members of the GISLayer system can use the data they have uploaded to the system in our different software. It is aimed for our new members to discover our system by defining enough credits to introduce each feature. Certain packages are offered to users who would like to use our products continuously, and these packages are grouped according to usage credits and are economically user-friendly. In addition, users can determine their own packages according to the features they need most and continue without limitation. If the credits are not used, the users are notified by e-mail on the 335th day, 350th day, 360th day and 354th days, counting on the day of not logging in if no login is made within 365 days from the last login date and they are encouraged to enter the system. Otherwise, the credits belonging to the user are reset and the data and shares owned by the user are removed from the system and the membership becomes inactive. Our users, who are members, have all the rights of non-members and can use more advanced features. While using these features, the user is offered a certain quota within a certain period of time. If users wish, they can increase this quota and create a package of their own choosing.
